1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order details and include clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.
  • Refunds will be processed as a replacement item or store credit.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • As we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will not be processed to any other payment method.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be adjusted through store credit or a replacement item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged (by the customer), or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Any item reported beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return.

6. Processing Time

  • Return and refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Customers will receive an update via email on the status of their request.
